Elsie Foster is the Owner and President of Foster Realty, Inc. She has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaiʻi since 1989. With a strong background in commercial real estate and construction estimating, Elsie’s passion led her back to her hometown of Wai’anae to serve the community in residential real estate.

Early in her career, Elsie worked in commercial real estate and construction estimating. She returned to her hometown of Wai’anae to work with the community there in residential real estate.
